Lawnchair is an open source Android launcher. They just released v15 beta-2, and the other updates are in the linked post

Best part about my launcher is the cover mode, followed by lots of other stuff. No root is the bare minimum

Neo launcher It hasn't had a proper release in years, so I can't recommend it but I'm stuck with it because I like it so much

I still have nova on my phone that I paid for over a decade ago - maybe I should check this out.
