I have no idea what those flowers are, but there's a few apps around for identifying plants. I use one called PlantNet and i highly recommend it.

Thanks for advice. These flowers are hydroponic, so natives are no go.
I can't advise you as to flowers that won't get eaten, but the flowers that didn't get eaten look like Dianthus.
