So this isn't use of legal force because they did it. You or i do it, it's attempted murder. Hmm, is there some training you get like an offensive driving course to make that distinction. How would you know someone has taken that course vs someone who hasn't while they're driving at you, wouldn't want to shoot the wrong person.
