Lip Cream was a hardcore punk band from Tokyo. This is the first proper Lip Cream studio album originally released in 1986. All of their albums (and the first self released tape) were finally reissued last year by Relapse records after being out of print forever. So fucking happy to finally own these legendary pieces of Japanese punk history. I walked into my local record store and saw them and knew I had to grab all the stuff. Cost me $160 but well worth it! I had a couple of bootleg presses of some of the stuff so nice to upgrade those to official pressings. If you’ve never heard Lip Cream, I highly recommend them to anyone who loves punk/hardcore.
