I maintain four main blocklists for the Fediverse. Do not import them until you’ve read everything until the “receipts” section. I encourage blocklist skeptics to read the “receipts” sections, and to treat them as lists of reported content rather than importable blocklists.

Blocklist related drama has made Mastadon a headache at times. I'd rather that not be brought here.

People should curate their own block lists, based on their own needs. Not mindlessly copying others'

Can't really agree with a list that blocks communists, like Lemmygrad.ml, which is listed on the pleroma one. To be fair, it isn't on tier0 or below, but still, Lemmygrad.ml is only guilty of being communist.

This is not a good practice for federation. This is why I chose lemmy.zip

They only blocked these instances (fediseer links)

kbin.cafe, threads.net/org, burggit.moe, welppp.com, rqd2.net, volk.network

and these instances are commonly labeled as bad instances by most of the federation
