why it shows only 8bit but YCbCr 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 shows 10 and 12 ?
Maybe your connection doesn't support high enough bandwidth. Are you using Displayport?
Bandwidth limitation, probably an old HDMI cable or an old display, DisplayPort might work better for you if you aren't already using that
4:2:0 and 4:2:2 are chroma subsampling modes, aka less color resolution
