It's a CM5 carrier board that breaks out some HDMI ports and other connectivity for commercial signage displays. Not very interesting for hobbyists I imagine.

I mean, if you can find a OLED or some sort of mini-led screen of the appropriate size, then it might be useful for making your own DIY smart TV without ads, but you're gonna be spending a lot of money and possibly going through a few spools of plastic on a 3D printer to make something that's even marginally useful.
