I watch videos on x1.5 but sometimes it sounds like chimpunks . ARe there tools to clean it up ?

You could download the audio, open it in a digital audio workstation (DAW) like REAPER or ProTools and shorten the length of the file to then listen. It's better than most. Prolly some AI tools out there, too. Video editors like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, and Final cut will do the work for both audio and video.

But the biggest barrier is that, depending on where you get the audio, the compression (file type) for the file will have a significant effect on if the faster audio will sound even worse and if it can be cleaned up or evened out.

At the very least the audio rendered from the DAW will be more consistent in its speed, and you can avoid pitch changes.
