There is no option to turn off two-factor authentication, and I can't delete or change my phone number.

Why even try?

Man f*** all of meta their recovery and stuff is awful. I had hackers get in to my accounts, exploit a loophole where if your Instagram and Facebook is linked and you'd use something bannable on your Instagram. Both accounts are blocked and you have to be able to get on to the Instagram to appeal it. What they did was they changed my Instagram account to something I don't know and so I can't get in and appeal it. There's literally no way for me to contact the company or get any of my years of photos Back. It's just gone.
