I gotta find a job where people won't notice when I slack off
This forced x hours is the dumbest shit ever.
My employees can come and go whenever they want to. If they get the shit done in 1 hour at 3am, fine. Who cares?
If I pay someone to do X and he does, why should I care when he clocks in and out? Either I miscalculated how long X takes or he's just awesome at it and I suck 😁
Anyhow, everyone seems happy with it and noone seems to exploit it. Also people are obviously way more motivated and sometimes even do extra stuff if they notice something needs to be done.
I know, maybe I just suck at capitalism and could be making much more. But 🤷♂️
Yall only gotta work 8 hours?
Had a job with no music and very simple work so while bored I'd break how many seconds left till the next break or end of the day
As soon and my alarm goes off I think "Ok, 9 1/2 hours"
Protip: get a head start on that countdown by showing up late.
