Well Fire and Water are pretty simple. Just need a reservoir, pumps, switches and a piezoelectric igniter.
A blinding light could be done with a prism and some high power laser flashlights. Not sure what other wizardry powers you could want but that should give you a solid start.

blinding light feels more like the flashlights used by that guy to out run the cops.... wonder if i could make a glove or a chest peice that would function the same...... also can you elaberate on fire and water? do you mean a super saker with napalm?

Can you explain in a bit more detail what you're looking to achieve? You mentioned 3 spells, what are they?
hi. didnt expect a reply so quick. ehm yes how dragons woprk is a thought experiment ment to bring peaple out of the mindset of "ignoring things either to fantastic or complicated to care about." the idea being dragons are easily reconisable, but have you ever wondered intently how they work? how can they breath fire? how do they fly what do there eyes look like and how do they function. hard to see prey from 200 feet up aint it? as far as the spells go. im looking to make a working wizard staff. the spells are as humans understand and can science a replica or an example of said spell. name a spell and describe it to me. and ill give you an example for clearity.
how can i change an air breather to sufficait in air?..... gass desity CO2 cant be processed so you could flood an area......
Spell Iddea 1- Lightning bolt. using a retreival rocket as its base idea i can carry a rope in to the sky lined with a nitrogen heavy element with a kite as payload. once deployed the rocket would connect the clouds and the earth for a lightning bolt to travle thru. questions how do i guild where the bolt goes? do i neeed somekind of nuse or fishing hook to latch it to my target? how do i handle the wind? what other difficulties will i face?
