As we have almost made it to Friday once again, what helps recover from the workweek?

Everything just takes so much energy, work and time! Then it’s Monday again!

I work 12 hour days, so re-energizing is key. For me that is taking the first day to just do things I want. That can be chores, but does not have to be.

Good idea, not to force yourself to do chores. 12 hours sounds brutal

It was a lot at first, but I only work 3 days a week. Due to the way my schedule works, I also get 5 days off every other week

I guess that makes up for it, but still good to prioritize self care
