Date is unimportant. Any date for elections would be stupid during the war. And not because "horses at ford" bullshit, but because too many people can't vote because of being on occupied territories (and if they could, could we be sure that they are not just vote like their Russian master command them) and too many people are not even in Ukraine and have absolutely crazy ideas about the current situation and future perspectives (farther from front the more heroic the heroes are. It is really noticeable at Kyiv-Lviv difference, but from Warshaw and westward all Ukrainians are Rembo-Terminators no less)
