Among the critics is a notable AI chatbot. Kennedy’s new website, RealFood.gov, prods users to “use AI to get real answers about real food.” Entering a question into a text box and clicking “ask” redirects users to Grok, Elon Musk’s AI tool that has been shown to generate child sexual abuse material.

Wait that’s what it looks like? How am I even expected to make sense of that? It’s just …. A collage of foods? Like no proportions, nothing. No organization either. And then a random line and the words ‘whole grains’ ‘protein dairy and healthy fats’ and ‘fruits and vegetables’ in the vertices. Is the center the best? Where is entire stick of butter girl? She must be pleased.

Heartbreaking: the worst AI I know just made a good point.

NGL, I think its a good start from the usual fat-phobic bread-lubbing (sugar heavy) pyramid

Breakfast: Three eggs cooked in butter with vegetables, and full-fat yogurt with a fruit and nut topping

Morning snack: A fourth egg (hard-boiled) or full-fat cheese, apple slices or carrots

Lunch: A beef patty or chicken, a large green salad, and a small serving of whole grains (e.g., quinoa), washed down with a glass of full-fat milk

Afternoon snack: More full-fat yogurt or full-fat cheese, with a sprinkling of fruit and nuts.

Dinner: A steak or seafood, vegetables cooked roasted with oil or butter, a small baked potato topped with butter, and a side salad

Dessert/evening snack: More cheese or dark chocolate with whipped cream

Sounds pretty good to me if a bit dairy-heavy and seemingly overkill/overfeeding. I know so cuz its the opposite of the way my parents eat and espouse lol

That old pyramid that you hate hasn't been used for years...

We moved on to myplate. And this is a step back from that.

My parents still buy into the bad old. They dont update

We need carbohydrates, especially the complex ones. A potato isn't the enemy. Actual carbs don't come in until midday and are downplayed.

Constipation is real. Do you think he knows that? ...or maybe he enjoys that feeling.

I wonder how much HHS is paying Musk for that integration.
