They were presumably made in West Germany, most likely some time in the 70s. The material is solid wood. The brand is NOT "Pöhler und Schilling" or "P+S" despite looking very similar. There are no other logos, text or stickers on these things.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Badge doesn't match, but they look remarkably similar to Pöhler 4302.

Sonab also made similar stuff, but I don't think this is it. Anyways sauce of the pic:

Oh no way! That's it! Maybe it's a sub-brand or a very early logo. I could only find ones with the square text badge. Thank you for solving this mystery for me :D

Idk if I did, it just seems that way.

I edited by previous reply a bit, maybe compare the drivers to be sure.

Also, they are old speakers, maybe they had some woodwork done over the decades.

The drivers are in fact different, but the ones in your links are also not matching. Maybe they experimented in the early days of the company or they were customized. I consider this one solved.

I've seen those too, they are the closest thing I could find so far. The most obvious differences are that the ones from Pöhler don't have the rounded edges and are 3-way while these are only 2-way. Maybe it's a weird off-brand thing but the quality seems too nice for that.

Heya, might be 'spendor'? Think thats their old logo...

Edit: now im second guessing myself as I can't find anything to confirm my memory. Sorry if I lead you down the wrong path here.

No worries, I'm happy about any lead! I looked into spendor and it seems they always had logos with the brand name written out. I appreciate the suggestion though!
