.. we should likely have some sort of base limit on community creation.. even expo backoff for creation up to a day could be useful.
Is it currently an instant creation? I'd imagine there would be a pending admin review before a community is created.

The screenshot is showing all of the communities (?) that this person is moderating. If you look at the list, they're all listed as LOLA followed by a random stein of letters/numbers.
