1-Please tag your post with the fictional universe you are asking about. e.g. [Star Wars] or [Marvel Cinematic Universe].

2-Only questions about fiction are allowed. Real-world questions are better suited for a question and answer community

3-Any fiction is allowed, not just science fiction. General questions not related to one specific universe are allowed.

4-Roleplaying is not mandatory, but all answers should ideally be framed from the perspective of the fictional universe being asked about.

5-Above all else, be kind and considerate to others. Remember, if you are not building this community up, you are tearing it down.

He’s not a billionaire like Iron Man, Batman, Iron Fist, or Green Arrow, so how does he afford everything to make his web shooters and belts? Especially with how broke he and Aunt May always are. Ironheart made slightly more sense since she built her suits with her grant money.

Traditionally (in the comics), he had access to lots of equipment at college. He would work late in the lab and build his stuff by tying in a similar project he was working on. On paper, it just looked like he was just working on school projects.

Toby McGuire Spidey didn't have anything fancy that I can recall. His body shot webbing.

Andrew Garfield Spidey, well, I don't recall them making much sense for anything that went on in that series.

And Tom Holland Spidey was wearing underoos until Tony Stark found him.
