I used to be able to do this, but I can't find any option to do this anymore. Is the functionality phased out or is it just me who can't find it? Existing links I have somehow added in the past (in the picture) are working fine.

I do know how to add links to the android home screen but that's not what I want to do.

Firefox Focus has a 4 shortcut limit. The button to add more vanishes once you have 4.

I see. Thanks for solving the little mystery!

That is a strange limitation though, and not something I would expect.

I have this installed on two different phones and one shows the add to shortcuts the other does not.

Same version and build, both installed from Play store. The only difference is one is android 13 and the other is android 9.

Edit: android 9 is the one not showing add shortcut.

That's strange, I'm on Android 16.

But it's likely I added those shortcuts on my old phone and I got them migrated over when I changed phone.

That's even more strange that my newer build has them (13) and my older one does not...

In the iOS version you have to be on the site you want then press the hamburger menu on the bottom right a mind add a shortcut

Also found this the other day, and could not figure out how I had originally added them.
