Well, choose your Fast Fashion Poison (New Yorkers/H&M). I'm a bit helpless myself, often I just leave entirely and rather don't buy.
There seems to be nothing in-between Elite Brand (think 100€/pc) and Fast Fashion store.
I think those are just running shorts. I see my local university running team - men and women - wearing them for summer runs.
