Studies have shown that it significantly helps reduce overwhelm to break up the remainder-of-your-lifetime's worth of menial labor into smaller, much less soul-destroying chunks; such as a "week" or "day" or "hour."

How would you define *getting through", and how does this make you feel?

Do you think you can see beyond the human term "one week" or "seven days"?
