Many Fold Owners have responded to my posts about the Feathers Live Wallpapers, showcased at the release event, and why ours are static. I found a response to this and it looks like they will come with Android 14.

“Thank you for contacting Google! I got an update from the >team on your issue. Live wallpaper is not yet available for the >Pixel Fold, but we aim to make it available in a future update >soon.”
