So i just learned Threads from Meta is on Fediverse but never heard about untill now, what is it and is anyone here interacting with it?

Threads is closer mastodon then Lemmy/Piefed.

Unless you @ someone on threads or someone on threads @ a Lemmy community you won't see it.

But seeing as Threads is a Meta product why would you want to?

There is also a site somewhere that tries to shame instances for not blocking Threads which is kinda dumb because from my understanding blocking an instance stops you from receiving content not sending it.

I think most instances defederated from threads from day one, so I've never seen any posts from there
