Steampunks VS Skeletons was created from Scratch in UE5.4 using only C++ by Independent Solo Developer, Engineer and Artist/Musician "Marcus Rivers" between 2020 and 2026 as a work of pride and commitment, including creating the concept, all the programming, 3D modelling, artwork, and music. Everything within is 100% original hand-crafted work. (without AI) It is given for free for the first 10000 downloads for your enjoyment, and to generate love and seek funding for a greatly enhanced sequel.

The limited info I could find says that it's something sellers can set up individually, rather than something Epic is doing themselves. But I'm 80% sure that bit was written by an LLM, so no idea how accurate it is.
