All Starlink customers get a reasonably sized IPv6 address space.

CGNAT isn’t really the limiter here. Websites that aren’t IPv6 accessible are maybe a problem if there’s high traffic. It’s not hard to host on IPv6. Although, apparently GitHub finds it difficult to host either ipv4 or 6.

Using a simple vpn would get you around this limitation but you'd take a performance hit.
