The time for living is at 12:00 to catch carpentry on the life and living channel, otherwise it's survival comrade. Get a clean water source and a generator up and running, i prefer gas stations as initial bases for infinite gas.

They got lots of food, cigarettes, maps and large freezers for storing freezable food. My only issue is the windows and some are near roads and population centers but I’ve based at them a few times so not a bad base location
