Rude, but I'm having a hard time finding a fault here. Diagnoses are made by doctors, not politicians. And that's how it should stay. We don't want to go down that slippery slope.
You can point out the American president's narcolepsy, his staggering, dark spots on his hands, things like that, but what you can't do is diagnose him with an illness, terminal or otherwise (unless you say life is a terminal illness, in which case we all have that).
Technically even paedophile is a diagnosis made by a psychiatrist. But we let that one slip a lot, even though I think we know not everyone who sexually abuses and trafficks minors is a paedophile and not every paedophile harms children, though that latter bit is splitting a mighty fine hair.
