Sorry to be a pedant because I do believe in Vision Zero, but the terms "traffic violence" best fits tragedies like the Lapu Lapu Festival attack and the Yonge Street Van attack. There's intention to harm using a vehicle, which is why I would consider that violence.
I still support using terms like "traffic incident" over "traffic accident" because that acknowledges the fact that street design plays a factor both in influencing driver behaviour and the severity of consequences should the driver be inattentive or incapacitated.
