Anyone else having a hard time sleeping? My habit for the last 10 years or so was scrolling on RIF until I was ready to sleep. Now I'm navigating Lemmy, which I feel so-so about and it's not giving me the sleepy feelings. I just want to fall asleep! RIF, I miss you!

Stupid Lemmy and it’s stupid engaging content and conversation that keeps me awake.

Same here. I always hit up r/bestofredditupdates and the stories always put me to sleep. Now I'm struggling. Not sure if it's the lack of content here or that I just don't know how to find what I'm after.

Doom scrolling on TVTropes is much more entertaining.

Wait maybe that's not the best idea if one wants to be lulled to sleep.

Have you considered reading random research papers off PubMed?

I did! My routine included Reddit scrolling for hours 😅
