Does anyone know why suspend-then-hibernate might not work with an "unrecognised verb" error (on ubuntu 23.04) when hibernate works?

Interesting! I didnt know there was a suspend them hibernate option. My stupid nvidia gpu keeps crashing when I try go hibernate. Still need to fix it. :(

Same problem because of my nvidia drivers. The GUI takes a whole minute doing nothing until it decides to suspend. Meanwhile the CLI option works fine

Funny enough, suspend works for me on ubuntu 23.04. only hibernate doesnt. I even had to deactivate hibernation since my monitor would go black just random and never come back.

Is it full black or black with a white underscore character?

Full black if I‘m not totally mistaken with the monitor going to sleep but the fans still spinning and the ssd light and power light still working.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.
