I could be very happy with a motor-free Nicollet Mall.

It often feels faster to walk rather than take a bus down Nicollet mall. I like bus roads, much like what they have around Malcom Yard/um, but downtown is not a great execution of the concept.

We would go downtown a lot more often if Nicollet was just pedestrian traffic.
