The meme content here on Lemmy is too good. So much so, that it floods my All and Frontpage on occasion.

A feature to temporarily mute some content without fully blocking it would be awesome! My suggestion, it that when we click on a specific group ("sub"? What is the Lemmy term for a "subreddit"?) we have a quick option to mute it for a few hours.

If there is some way to do this already, I apologize for my ignorance in advance.

They're called communities. I'd like an option of maybe only showing every second one or something.

Yeah, I was just looking over some of the feature requests here and there is a common theme developing about this. Yours is a good idea as well.

Yes! I was actually wondering if wefwef/voyager could show the user who posted the meme so I could block the ones who post to much which would reduce the massive load of memes on my front page. Right now you need to go into the community to see who posted the meme
