The Xbox just has a cleaner resolve in its video output in generally better specs. The rule of thumb is that every single Xbox version in a cross-platform comparison is better.
What about when emulating? I’m just emulating Xbox for the first time this week and up until now, I was under the impression that it’s not as mature as ps2 emulation.
Whoops, that serves me right for not reading the prompt. I'm pretty sure PlayStation 2 emulation is further along.
I tested a few different xbox roms today and while PS2 seems to work pretty perfectly, most games had serious slowdown or major graphical glitches

Xemu is absolutely solid for Xbox emu.
It seems like half the games I try do not run too well or have some kind of glitch. Maybe it is just the settings, or the Steamdeck.
If you care about emulation maturity, check for a Gamecube version first. Dolphin is the most mature emulator for any console of that generation
The old Spider-Man games were better I think
Thanks! I vaguely remember playing spider man back in the day, but I’m not sure if it was on that generation.
I can remember that one of the editions of spiderman 3 had a lot more content on either Xbox or PS2, but I don’t remember which.
Definitely PS3 and 360
This, though in the case of games on all 3 consoles of that gen I'd grab them on gamecube since Dolphin is so far ahead of PS2 or Xbox emulation
