If that's all they're wearing and it's now a negative...
I mean, a negative prompt doesn't necessarily mean that you'll get an image that looks like the first image but with that item missing. It'll just tilt it towards images that it has been trained on that don't contain the item in the negative prompt.
If the model has been trained on a bunch of nudes -- which the base SD model hasn't -- it might come up with nudes. But it could equally come up with something with, say, a dress.
EDIT: To give an example, if I put in, I don't know, "mars" and get some images of the Mars Bar candy bar and some of the planet, putting "candy bar" as a negative prompt isn't likely going to give me the previous sort of images of the candy bar, just with the candy bar absent from the scene. It'll tilt things towards the images of the planet.

Do not self promote your AI tools you created without mod permission. Also any other post about AI tools that seem sketchy will be removed and the user banned at the moderators discretion. Please report a post if you think it should fall in line with breaking this rule.
