Headline makes the strikers sound greedy, but this context puts things into perspective.

Looks like it’ll still pass, but these individual truck plants (which produce the more profitable pickup trucks and such) voted “No” in large numbers.

They're still taking a pay cut. I think Sean Fein is a good leader overall, but the deal just didn't go far enough.

If someone is making a profit, then they can do with less.

Profit, by definition, is excess. Have higher standards.
