Ok, now I'll have to try that! Not familiar with the lagostina brand. What are your experiences with it?
It's been great to me. I have seasoned it well and it doesn't stick. It's no better than Lodge or whatever cast iron is readily available to you though, nothing fancy.
A community for cast iron cookware. Recipes, care, restoration, identification, etc.
Rules: Be helpful when you can, be respectful always, and keep cooking bacon.
