They are just executive orders not laws. Some states will ignore them while others will treat its as royal decrees.
If the Democrats are too scared then maybe it's time to go. They've been fattening themselve with corrupt money that they only know how to give up at the first resistance. There's no strategy at this point, just a buch of headless chickens.
