Fairly common in lots of places to shower every other day. So ling as you aren't doing manual labor or working out and making yourself gross, showering every day can actually be detrimental for stripping away too many oils, especially for your hair, but can also cause dry skin. I'm with OP on this one, gotta shower every day in summer, but in cooler months I'm an every other day guy.

IIRC it is actually mostly from algea. A small amount from some fern-like plants. By the time trees existed, they were being broken down by bacteria.

Lol, no, that stuff was catching on at least 15 years ago, and was a massive meme before the pandemic. The "what are you doing step bro," meme is from 2018, and the industry had already gone hard in that direction for a while before that.

The setup is the same as another joke, where the second person asks for H2O too, which the bartender parses as H2O2, and gets served poison.

Agreed, but at the same time if feels wrong intuitively for that to do more damage than a direct hit. Feel like there should be a system to let the round actually penetrate a small bit before the shrapnel goes off if you hit the target in a weak spot.

I'm just over here waiting for Toyota to realize EV isn't a fad and make a Corrola equivalent instead of trying to push fuel cells.

Nick was supposedly fired for failing to meet goals, goals he was apparently never informed that he should be targeting.

Don't forget they had previously been ordered several times to reduce the temperature and refused.

Disney seems to have seen some writing on the wall and pivoted into a trademark focus instead of endless copyright extensions. This is probably why they've been using Steamboat Willy more in some logos in the past few years. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see another extension, but it's never gotten this close before and they don't seem to be campaigning to extend it at the moment.

They set them up the bomb, all right.

As someone dealing with an incredibly stubborn post nasal drip, I can unfortunately confirm I know what my snot smells and tastes like, as it was permanently on my breath for several days when it was at its worst.
