So I don't get this true of anything and it makes no sense. If a male kills his female partner it is first degree murder? If a female kills their female partner I have a feeling it won't be first degree murder. But a female can kill her male partner and just get murder or manslaughter. Why make it gender based just partner murder is first degree murder if that is what they want.
