I love the cute little stocks and short chain. Enough to keep him in position~

I still check this place regularly, but don't really post much stuff because I'm on meds that kinda make it hard to get frisky. I also still post somewhat regularly using my sfw account.

Honestly it's a shame that Lemmy didn't take off as well as we hoped it would, but at least everything is in place for the next time Reddit shoots itself in the foot. Special shout-out to the people regularly posting content to communities even though they don't get many responses.

Hey. I know I've not been posting much, but I still lurk around here.

Honestly, the past few weeks for me have been filled with anxiety over "purges" of adult content and similar, so it's been nice to find a place such as this which is friendly towards it. I know that there has been a few pretty bad incidents here in the past, and I can see not wanting to continue the site because of them, but I hope you do. And if you do shut down the site, thank you for running it while you could.

With regards to the lemmy.ml issue, I've been getting sentiments across the lemmyverse (mostly from .world) that they aren't worth interacting with. Mostly because they are very blockhappy towards anything that disagrees with their political views. Honestly, personally I'm perfectly happy with using Yiffit to only browse Yiffit communities. Like I said, it's nice and cozy here, and we can always make accounts on more general purpose instances if we really need to.

Oh my god. You're wearing a suit that, I assume, absorbs moisture like a sponge.

Why would you lean against the space between two urinals?

I like "Giffit".

Pronounced "Yiffit" of course.

(I also assume everyone has seen that meme).

Just to be clear, I don't want us to be super picky about tags - IMO as long as it's understandable, anything is okay. However, Pokémon yiff has a pinned thread talking about this, and I've been PMed asking how to tag something. Basically, even if we don't want to enforce it, it might be useful to have some standard as a guideline.

Many communities reference the tagging rules of the main !yiff community, which includes tags for male and female. However, it does not specify rules for characters that fall outside that spectrum, or whose gender is unknown (due to being obscured, for example). This has resulted in tagging being a bit ad-hoc (e.g. [H], [I], [G], for gynomorphs), and might feel a bit exclusionary for a site that claims to be "queer".

Just as something to propose, how about we update the tagging rules to be something like this (to be similar to e621's gender tags):

  • [M] For male characters.
  • [F] For female characters.
  • [G] For gynomorph (feminine character with a dick but no pussy).
  • [A] For andromorph (masculine character with a pussy but no dick).
  • [H] For herm (character with both a pussy and dick).
  • [U] For Unknown/unclear.

This would also mean retiring pairing codes ("G" for "gay", "S" for straight and so on) in favour of "M/M" and "M/F".

So, in a comment that is now lost to time, I mentioned frustration at Lemmy not having an instance block feature.

Decided to check, and it looks like it's actively being worked on https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/3869 .

Doubt it'll help with defederation (since we are mostly a porn instance after all), but would be good for the common yiff fearing user.

I know I shouldn't engage, but you are right. Not everyone wants to see furry porn on their all feed. And as a moderator of a porn community I'd like to have the ability to say "you know what, I'd rather posts be unlisted and not appear in the all feed". Maybe even if I were running my own instance I could block some of the more riskier communities.

But none of these tools exist yet, unlisted posts and per-user instance wide blocklists would be really nice features. If you don't like this sort of content, you could just mute yiffit.net and go on with your life.

There are two established major porn lemmy instances, both of which are blocked by lemmy.ml. If they saw this as a problem IMO they should implement instance blocking as a priority. But they haven't, and decided that blocking access to people is the better option. The situation is getting super frustrating at this point.

Honestly probably not that surprising considering they seem to be very anti-porn and I think are the only major instance to actually block you from looking at NSFW content (which makes me wonder how porn got there in the first place, did someone forget to tag something?).

For better or worse, I'm kind of glad that lemmy.world emerged as the big superinstance rather than lemmy.ml, they seem to be a bit more generalist.

To their credit, in many countries where circumcision is common there's a lot of misinformation about uncut penises, and a general taboo around talking about penises in general. The whole "uncut penises are unclean" thing is a common myth which appears to be pushed super hard. I can also imagine some men not actually learning how to clean properly (because where would you learn that?), furthering the stereotype.

I think OP is just coming from a background of misunderstanding, rather than trolling. I guess they also didn't realise how charged a topic it would be.

I... Really don't understand why people would browse the "all" feed with NSFW filters disabled, it just doesn't seem to be a pleasent experience. There's much worse than a dog man with his dick out that'll be on that feed. Violence, gore, scat, extreme porn, politics and the full range of offensive comments. Or even, depending on who your instance federates with, stuff like loli and bestiality.

People browsing "all" should be willing and ready to blacklist communities that post things that they find objectionable, rather than deciding that the "all" feed should be automatically curated for their preferences.

Would be nice if there was a seperate "NSFW" toggle for the "all" feed, full instance blocks or even specific, blockable NSFW tags.

I don't know!

Whatever I am, I think I have a strong leaning towards women, and I think I could only see myself romantically interested with a woman long term.

However, with men, it's... Strange, and I'm wondering how common this is in the community. Basically, I don't find human men intrinsically attractive, but I do like furry men. Like maybe something in my brain chemistry doesn't see them as male? I'm not sure. I even ERP through text with a furry guy friend!

BDSM wise... I do love good bondage, particularly novel and interesting scenarios that get stuck into my head~ I don't actually mind IRL men in bondage most of the time. In theory I'm a switch, but I think I've been leaning more towards sub nowadays, probably due to life stuff.

Also, !hornychat when. :P

I've certainly had days where I wish I could just turn off and be an uwu no thoughts puppy...

I've not seen this happen yet, but figured I'd draw attention to it just in case, because it can be a little counter intuitive. Apologies if this isn't the right place or this is already in the rules somewhere.

When you post to a community on Yiffit, the post (and any attachements like images) lives on your homeserver, not Yiffit.

If your homeserver allows you to view NSFW but does not allow you to post it, you may be breaking that rule by posting NSFW to a remote instance.

I think (from a quick reading of their rules), pawb.social and lemmy.world allow posting of NSFW, but be careful out there if you're on another instance!
