It's not wrong, but I don't know how helpful it is. I think it could be helpful for identifying complimentary colors, but it's missing some context about which articles of clothing are which colors.

For example, it lists pink as a matching color for light blue. IMO, light blue pants with a pink shirt works fine, but a light blue shirt wouldn't work so well with pink pants. In general you'd want your pants a darker color or cooler tone than your shirt.

I totally agree. This sounds really good, but it barely resembles a Paloma.

I was thinking of a Boulevardier when I started, although I deviated from that pretty quickly. I'll riff on this a little more before the end of the month.

1 oz rye, 1 oz Cynar, 1/4 oz dry curacao, dash orange bitters. I would garnish with a twist of lemon or orange, but I haven't had fresh citrus around for awhile.

It's pleasantly bittersweet and warming, overall pretty good. The orange flavor goes well with both the rye and the Cynar. Could be better though, I think the sweetness is not right. Maybe a less sweet orange liqueur or maybe add a splash of maraschino to make it sweeter?

Not lately. I've been very busy for the last few months and haven't had time to play. I do intend to play again this spring.

Significantly more here. I never really liked Reddit, but a couple of my hobbies had communities there so I felt like I had to use it. I stayed away from anything that wasn't a niche personal interest and avoided the bigger subreddits and front page. Here I check out the front page frequently and am pretty generous with upvotes. It feels more like an investment in a community I want to be successful, and not like there's anything intrinsic to Lemmy that encourages it.

I got this from Eventhubs, which in turn got it from Cat Cammy on Twitter/X.

I'm really glad someone has compiled this data, and that it shows the game is really well balanced. Very few match ups above 6-4.

On the other hand, I'm disappointed that the two characters I play in earnest are both below 50% win rates. Also, I'm not Master ranked so it doesn't really reflect what its like at lower ranks.

So the data is neat, but won't impact me personally much. I'm going to keep playing my scrub Marissa and Honda. They're fine at my level and suit my playstyle just fine.

Absolutely incredible match between Snake Eyez (Zangief) and Reynald (JP). If you enjoy competitive SF at all, you've got to watch this match.

I'm not interested in these costumes, but I'm afraid for what it says about Capcom's pricing going forward.

Between locking the alt colors for the default colors behind a paywall and the high cost of these costumes, I think Capcom is making a mistake. This game has been so good, but they're going to have a lot of competition coming the rest of this year. If MK1 is good and doesn't have terrible monetization, will people really stick with SF6?

I have a HORI RAP4 and I like it. I'm old and grew up playing in arcades, so pads and leverless are completely foreign to me. I haven't modded it, but I want to sooner or later. Mostly to make it more like my old arcade rather than performance oriented changes.

The HORI Alpha looks like the current gen version of the RAP4, and like I said I'm happy with mine. If I was buying a new stick today I'd probably be choosing between that and something from Qanba.

Street Fighter 6: Newhart Edition

Questions is: Are Larry, Daryl, and Daryl palate swaps or unique characters?

I haven't had much time with him yet, but I think he looks neat. In SF5 he was the character I was most excited to try and I ended up not liking his playstyle. He was too frantic and execution dependent for me to enjoy. I expect him to be the same again, so it'll be fun to fuck around with him a little, he's probably not for me.

That makes sense with what I'm seeing. I don't see any new posts, but yesterday I saw them on the 2nd or 3rd page if I kept scrolling.

Why was Exploding Heads allowed back? Is this related to the hack?

Honestly, I'm also excited to see how they integrate him and other DLC characters with World Tour.
