I setup a matrix server and cannot for the life of me get a turn server setup so I tried to use the free one there and I can't even get that to work.

Can you point me in the direction of doing this in jellyfin? I keep finding guides and things for tailscale and whatnot but I too would like to just be able to install jellyfin on something and connect to my server.

I eat crust, but I never thought to include crust in my next slices activities.

I can't help with approaching your sister, but you very obviously did nothing wrong. It's not even approaching inappropriate from your end. From what I've seen, it's pretty common for someone in your sisters situation to try and put the blame on you instead of her husband. I don't know why.

Anecdotally, I watch reels on Instagram (i know) and the vast majority of meme pages that it shows me are the exact same setup around a slightly different premise, with the same purchased comments pinned from the same accounts or the accounts comment saying something like they're too broke for paid comments please like.

It depends, if they're using copilot through their enterprise m365 account, it's as protected as using any of their other services, which companies have sensitive data in already. If they're just pulling up chatgpt and going to town, absolutely.
