Given the time period it was made (ie, now) it's entirely possible there was some artist who was ordered by a manager to use more AI in their work and was forced to edit the output to try to make it look less like shit.

Eve. Eve. The defining part of blood libel is that it’s false. It’s not blood libel if there are kids fucking dying and Israel is the one sending bombs at them!

The Tesseract front end does that for you.

The important thing is you found a way to condescend to a woman being rounded up by the secret police while implying it’s her own fault 👍

Sounds great on paper, in practice it’s almost entirely old white men who want to get rid of age of consent laws or people who want to be able to do insane, dangerous to others shit like feeding bears without anyone being able to stop them.

In summary, the ideology of selfish jackasses at best and pedophiles at worst.

Definitely sad, but also now part of the archaeological record as a snapshot for how American civilization treats Indigenous cultures and art.

Thanks, I was always taught the toxin survived heating, but apparently it’s the spores that can survive and reproduce.

Not at all, food spoilage caused by mold and bacteria can have waste produced by the mold/bacteria that doesn’t break down even at high temperatures. Ex: botulism. Your grandma got lucky!

You can absolute blame them for doing it without a fight. We’ll see if these ‘legal routes’ they’re exploring go anywhere, or if it’s just ‘sowwy, the gobermint said we had to uwu’

Looking forward to another 3 years of waking up and wondering what war has been started while I sleep 😬

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to move forward with a proposed ordinance that prohibits law enforcement officers from concealing their identities while interacting with the public in unincorporated areas of the county.

The proposal would require all officers and agents — local, state or federal — to refrain from wearing masks or other facial coverings. It also mandates that they display visible identification, including their agency name along with either their last name or badge number.

According to county officials, violations would be punishable as infractions or misdemeanors. But it’s uncertain how L.A. County will enforce the new ordinance. It mirrors California’s first-in-the-nation state law passed in September.

The Trump administration has said its agents will not comply with California’s mask ban. And the Department of Justice sued California in November, challenging it.

The U.S. government has caused massive food waste during President Donald Trump’s second term. Policies such as immigration raids, tariff changes and temporary and permanent cuts to food assistance programs have left farmers short of workers and money, food rotting in fields and warehouses, and millions of Americans hungry. And that doesn’t even include the administration’s actual destruction of edible food.

The U.S. government estimates that more than 47 million people in America don’t have enough food to eat – even with federal and state governments spending hundreds of billions of dollars a year on programs to help them.

Yet, huge amounts of food – on average in the U.S., as much as 40% of it – rots before being eaten. That amount is equivalent to 120 billion meals a year: more than twice as many meals as would be needed to feed those 47 million hungry Americans three times a day for an entire year.

The Dominican Republic’s Constitutional Court recently struck down provisions that criminalized consensual same-sex conduct by officers in the country’s National Police and Armed Forces.

Codes of Justice for the two security forces previously punished same-sex “sodomy” by officers with up to two years in prison. No equivalent penalties existed for heterosexual sexual acts.

The court ruled that those references to sodomy are “not in accordance with the Constitution,” and ordered their removal.

Mauricio Hoyos still remembers the pressure that the jaws of a female Galapagos shark, over 3m (10ft) in length, exerted on his skull.

The animal had lunged at him with astonishing speed, giving him barely enough time to duck his head in a last ditch effort to protect his jugular vein.

"When it closed its jaw, I felt the pressure of the bite, and then, after what I think was a second, it opened it again and it let me go," Hoyos told BBC Mundo from his home in Baja California, Mexico, a little over month after surviving the incident.

Hoyos, a marine biologist with over 30 years of experience studying sharks in their natural habitat, was on a research trip in Costa Rica when he was attacked by the shark in September.

Less than two months on, and still bearing the scars from the attack on his face, he describes his recovery as "incredible" - and says he even hopes to encounter his assailant again.

Hundreds of Carl’s Jr. locations across Southern California are offering one-dollar meals to families impacted by the ongoing federal government shutdown, officials confirmed to KTLA.

To receive the discounted meal, guests are asked to show one of the following:

A federal government employee ID

A military ID

A SNAP or EBT card

I’m getting so tired of the homophobia from the ‘left’. But please, make a hundred more posts about how some right wing politician loves cock because they support Trump. That’s not a sentiment that needs to be examined at all 🫩

(This is not an invitation to tell me how that’s not akchully about gay people or to drag out a handful of gay republicans to complain about, when you know people do it for the straight ones too.)

What they found is that, after mere months of HRT, trans women’s bodies may change down to the molecular level.

“This highlights that human biology is malleable and that even in adulthood, our bodies respond to sex hormone changes,” co-author Dr. Boris Novakovic said in a press release about the project. In other words, the endeavor shows the true range and plasticity of human bodies, including the idea of sex, which many gender conservatives falsely argue is immutable, binary, and stagnant.

This also matches fairly well with another study that found trans men can develop vaginal prostate tissue after taking testosterone.

U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken announced during a conference call between state attorneys and federal officials that she intends to issue a preliminary injunction blocking the policy, denouncing what she described as “a sort of separate-but-equal policy” on sex education. The coalition of 16 states argued that the Trump administration’s new directive violated the Administrative Procedure Act, was arbitrary and capricious, and infringed upon the Constitution’s separation of powers. While the specific grounds for Judge Aiken’s forthcoming injunction are not yet known as the order has not been released publicly as of yet, her decision represents a major setback for the administration—one that will, at least for now, halt some of its efforts to weaponize federal funding against schools that teach about gender identity or include transgender students in their curricula.
