Sometimes I just give them a dead stare until they stop talking then carry on with what I was saying, or alternatively "excuse me [optional] Dave, I wasn't finished."

Other times it's not worth the drama, or they might actually be reasonably more excited about what they have to say then listening, in which case fair enough.
