Democrats and liberals are doing the dividing themselves every time they attack people further left of them for daring to actually have principles.

So no, you can’t stop.

Adds another ~4 billion to the equation.

You mean the thugs hired by 50501?

I know Arturo, and if you did any sort of due diligence, you’d know he’s a hardcore leftist.

If you think Arturo was a ‘conservative traitor’, I think you have more problems with simply accepting what our right wing media apparatus chooses to push.

I know Arturo, he was there to support the protests. He was NOT going to do a mass shooting, as he has taken his gun to at least one other protest with no incident.

The media is the 4th branch, they won’t report on these things until they have to. And even then, they’ll find a way to delegitimize.

And trans people aren’t treated as equal and they are constantly attacked by their fellow citizens.

Oh wait that’s America.

I don’t know much about Iran, but do they have legalized slavery? Because America does.

I’m trying to understand your point, but I’m a little lost here.

Do you mean the way the public reacted to their ad?

Or the way they capitulated to that reaction?

I mean: Yes racism and sexism are pervasive in our society, but using Ben and Jerry’s (operating under the same racism/sexism) as an example; they do heavy marketing tactics toward LGBTQ but they are also an ally.

Does them utilizing that make them bad?

[–] Crikeste@lemm.ee 11 points 4 days ago (3 children)

Can something be good and also a marketing tactic?

Even if this is true, I don’t think they’re going to find the number of votes to change any outcome. Didn’t Trump win by like 3 million votes? Maybe this could have flipped an electoral college vote, but would that have even mattered?

[–] Crikeste@lemm.ee 1 points 6 days ago (1 children)

I mentioned people organizing and fighting back in my earlier comment. I absolutely support it. But the main point is the organization.

And I really don’t think it’s unreasonable to suggest that, while sure they are doing whatever the fuck they want now, they have far more gross tools they can use. I think what we’re seeing right now is Trump trying to normalize the military protecting ICE.

[–] Crikeste@lemm.ee -3 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (5 children)

Would you consider ICE losing being -1 officers and you in prison or dead? Like I said, I don’t disagree with the sentiment, I’m just being realistic.

Let me put it this way: If people start killing ICE officers, they will be rolling up with every resource they have to kidnap whoever they are looking for.

Is that a better situation?

Killing officers is not the end, it’s the beginning.

Probably the stupidest thing I’ve seen on Ground News so far. lol

EDGE-IT: God I fucking love all of you.

So, I just read 2 paragraphs of theory and it’s got me wondering: is collecting Hot Wheels cars antithetical to Marxism?

It would seem that, after my reading, while saving my money ultimately removes all humanity from myself, spending my money (especially in such a manipulative and exclusivity-focused market) is also enabling the very worst of the capitalist forces I aim to stand against.

How do I win? Also: Vroooooooooooom

Not sure if it was like this pre-patch, and you can only store weapons and ammo, but it looks like weapon storage is unlimited.

A step in the right direction, if it is from the patch.

I’ve been playing Starfield since launch, and in the beginning I LOVED the game. It seemed like there was so much to explore and do, I felt absolutely overwhelmed.

The game I had been waiting for was here and it was SICK.

Until now.

After beating the game, doing NG+s and doing general role-play; this game is just empty.

Every planet: 98% the same

Every random location: 100% the same

Loot in containers: Always garbage

Unique weapons: N O N E

Crafting systems: basic yet, EXTREMELY CONVOLUTED

Weapon Upgrade: ????? HAHAHAHAHA

Flying: Okay, this is the best part of the game

Fast Traveling: L O A D I N G S C R E E N S

Vendors: Less credits than one gun sells for

It just feels like all this game exists of is 12 different guns, 12 different random locations, 12 different geological features, 12 different biomes, 12 different forms of weather and a SMALL handful of unique and hand build locations that, to top it off: EXISTS AMONGST HUNDREDS OF PLANETS.

I want to play the game. My mouse is hovering over it right now. But I can’t bring myself to click it.

SINCE PEOPLE ARE ASKING: TIME PLAYED: 17d 22h 53m

Hey!

I’ve been diving into NG+, currently on NG+8. My goal is to get to NG+10 and then REALLY begin playing the game; meaning building bases, collecting unique weapons and armor, etc..

Anybody else doing this? Because…

I have a fear that DLC might require us to go through The Unity again. I would ABSOLUTELY HATE to actually settle down in a universe and have to give it all up again. It just is this little tick on the back of my brain that I can’t shake off, and I’m worried.

Anyone else?

I just think it’s a neat little addition that gives you that, “ahhhhhhhhh, I remember that!” feeling.
