In terms of security, an alias can be easily overridden by a user who can even choose yo use another shell which will not read .bashrc.

So this solution cannot force/require the user to comply to the delay requirement.

I was thinking maybe with a PAM module the delay can be achieved but I haven't found one that readily does that. Maybe OP needs to implement one :)

People's powerlessness is self-inflicted. We feel powerless because we give legitimacy to the rotten powers that be.

We hope the govermnents will do the right thing, but we know from experience that they will not. We lie to ourselves so we can stay lazy instead of questionning the status quo. We consider the current power structure as a kind of fate, as if it was eternally like this so who are we to try and change it?

We need to dust off the guillotines and more importantly start acting.
