Don't recognize it as such, but searching some of those terms turned up something similar sounding, "Being Erica". Doesn't hit all your boxes, but maybe it's just skipping some points.

If I had to guess, many people subbed to both communities, so it looks like a duplicate post. Not sure if proper cross posting would help on that count.
Never knew about that setting, and immediately seems to have improved things for me. Hopefully that lasts. Thanks!
