It's economics, my dude - girls prancing around in their panties sell tickets. Girls playing basketball don't.

I've spent a lot of time in RPGs, and the last time I RPed in a G was around the time George Bush's dad was president.

I'm inclined to believe this, but what I see is laughably bad. I've agreed with the premise of Sandy Hook Promise since before the Sandy Hook Massacre, yet they've been pounding me with ads for years. Every once in a while, I get a halfhearted "But Trump is pretty cool, isn't he?" Which will never be clicked. And, when I watched a reaction channel do Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I got a shit-ton of "God hates fagz!" And was pretty glad to see them wasting their money on me.

So, they're dying of old age, the beetus, and the "China Flu". They're giving their money to televangelists, psychics, and short-sellers. And they're still giving Biden a run for his money. Smh.

The US Supreme Court on Monday barred two Texas-based manufacturers from selling products that can be quickly converted at home into firearms called “ghost guns”, granting a request by Joe Biden’s administration to once again block a federal judge’s order that had sided with companies.

The justices lifted Fort Worth-based judge Reed O’Connor’s 14 September injunction barring enforcement of a 2022 federal regulation – a rule aimed at reining in the privately made firearms – against the two manufacturers, Blackhawk Manufacturing and Defense Distributed.

A project to build a facility described as “the world’s largest offshore wind farm” took a big step forward this month by producing its first power.

Located in the North Sea, over 130 kilometers off England’s northeast coast, the Dogger Bank Wind Farm still has some way to go before it’s fully operational, but the installation and powering up of its first turbine is a major feat in itself.

That’s because GE Vernova’s Haliade-X turbines stand 260 meters tall — that’s higher than San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge — and have blades measuring 107 meters.

Turbine installation at Dogger Bank has required a huge amount of planning and preparation, with the Voltaire — a specialist vessel designed and built by the family-owned Jan De Nul Group — playing a key role.

With a lifting capacity of 3,200 metric tons, the Voltaire — named after the 18th-century French philosopher — will have installed a total of 277 Haliade-X turbines when its work is complete.
