With those standards basically all mainstream US media should be banned for publishing Israeli and US propaganda that defends their genocide on the Palestinians
Wikipedia’s source list is very US biased as wel. They list CIA front Radio Free Asia as trusted source.
Democratic party is owned by capitalists. They will never fight for policy that actually improves living conditions of the working class, and thus their sole ‘popularity’ has to stem from people who think they will fight against fascism (they won’t and they don’t).
Just like Reddit, your lemmy experience is fully dependent on the communities you subscribe to and engage with. There are specific communities that only allow original content, like !funhole@lemmy.sdf.org

Root cause of the genocide on Palestinians is Western colonialism.
Capitalists would just find another way to divide the working class and oppress people. Religion isn’t the root cause of almost any conflict.
And their management bust unions like their lives depend on it.
Socialise the housing market and make sure every person has a roof over their head. It’s the only proven solution to homelessness.
I don’t know if you’re joking but this was posted before the strike started and it looks like it’s a picture of some teachers picketing or preparing for the march. Information on turnout will probably come out at the end of the day, but my estimation is that it’ll be a few thousand.
