This is how I'll approach the question: there's an balancing scale on mental health vs physical health, the goal is to keep it leveled. As in, you can eat & look healthy on the physical side but be mentally unstable (it's like having a muscular build and being athletic but you're mind isn't at peace nor isn't it healthy), this is where that scale falls apart (the "physical health" is excellent but "mental health" is absolute trash).
The same applies in reverse, you can be obese with a sane mind (you may be considered fat but at least your mental state is normal) so again, the scale is uneven. Addiction of any sort is considered unhealthy (even exercise, as the body becomes fatigued if in excess), does that mean the food pyramid is skewed? Since it contains multiple food groups (being addicted to one is excessive and unhealthy).
You can eat fruits all day without any meat or vegetables, but do YOU consider that healthy long term? There are caveats to a fruit only diet (deficiency in B12, protein or iron since meat has those or deficiency in potassium, vitamins A, C or K since vegetales provide that) and the same with being "purely vegetarian" without eating any meat and a heavy meat eater never tasting a single fruit or vegetable.
Are there exclusions for Jury Duty in the US based on occupational fields such as:
For any of those reasons: one should present proof of current employment within those sectors (for armed forces, such as CAC card or DoD idetification to guarantee exclusion or relevant credentials & ID's telling them you're in LE). And of course, Ex-Cons who are convicted of serious crimes are not eligible to serve as jurors.
