Eat a diet with hardly any fibre before you go. The last time I was bunged up for 4 days I had eaten a lot of meat and not enough veggies in comparison. It'll either help, or you'll just have a very big poop idk.

I would recommend lessening your fibre as a minimum if you must though!

Refold (who Lamont is a partner of) focuses quite heavily on L-R for the beginning stages. I agree it's quite interesting to see!

I think I might give it a go for a movie 10x. I have about 1600 hours until fairly okay fluency aparently so 10-20 hours wouldn't be too much out of that time. I may have to mix in other content while I do that though haha.

My sympathies to you, (not that you need it but) it sounds like a really rough time! I don't know if I'd have the energy to deal with adult tantrums when I have a migraine so I completely understand and don't blame you for taking time for yourself now that you can.

A fellow mod informed me that about it as I was laying in bed. Reddit sent a message to the mod team and after 1 hour demoded me. I didn't even had time to see it, never-mind respond to it.

Looks like we rattled reddit enough to start shooting. There goes all that fancy talk about our protest not affecting them much.

Just FYI for now. It's late here so I'll see how we proceed tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I've opened up an unofficial refold community on my home instance.

Refold is a method which consists of using immersion for language learning and language acquisition. It can be used with many other methods.

If you're curious about it, i'd love if you'd come and check it out because it's a ghost town right now. I'm connect with other language communities too.
